Ross Stores invests in brighter futures by supporting programs that unlock the full potential of
the next generation. Ross Stores, Inc. and Ross Stores Foundation partner with nonprofits in
local communities that build academic achievement and life skills in underserved youth. Every
year, Ross invites their customers to join them in their philanthropic mission. During the month
of February, Ross customers are invited to make a donation as they check out at the
register. This year, donations will go to Boys & Girls Clubs of America to help provide America’s
kids with a safe place to learn and grow.
What is the Register Campaign with Boys & Girls Clubs? How Does the Program Work?
Ross guests will be invited to donate at the register with the funds going to support the great work Boys & Girls Clubs are doing to support America’s Kids. The suggested donations will be $1, $5, $10 or $___. Customers will receive a Boys & Girls Clubs wristband for a donation of $10 or more. Ross will also be matching donations at the register up to $350,000.
How long is the register campaign?
The Ross Register Campaign for Boys & Girls Clubs will take place February 8 – 28.
How will the money raised be distributed?
Funds raised will be split 80% to Clubs in Ross markets (US!!!) and 20% to BGCA. Funds for Boys & Girls Clubs will be distributed to the Club organizations from BGCA. All BGC Organizations in Ross markets will receive 80% of funds raised in the local Ross through the register promotion over the campaign period. Clubs are “matched” to the Ross store in closest proximity to the Club and must be in the Ross “market,” as defined by Ross. If your organization is matched with multiple Ross stores, you will receive 80% of funds raised in each store.
