We pay 90% of the Employee’s monthly premium and 50% of any dependents’ monthly premium. Healthcare insurance has a waiting period of 30-days from date of hire, 1st of the next month.

Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito can offer today’s college students a unique opportunity to gain experience at one of the top non-profit organizations in the San Diego area.
